Photograph of a table covered with a tablecloth and set with dishes, glasses, candles, and a centerpiece of flowers in a vase. This photograph, along with image No. 371N3447, was published on Page 1 of the Oregon Journal on May 3, 1931. The photographs were published under the headline “At the Garden Show in Laurelhurst.” This photograph had the following caption information: “A dinner table arrangement by Mrs. Hamilton Corbett, with Venetian glass, gold and white china on creamy satin damask, and yellow tulips, tea roses and white lilacs for the floral tribute.” The photographs accompanied a story about the Portland Flower and Garden Show titled “Beauty Marks Garden Show Held by Club.” The show was put on by the Portland Garden Club and the Portland parks bureau.
