Nancy Irwin, who married Capt. Robert Wilson Morrison, and came to Oregon in 1844. She was the mother of Hannah Margaret, who married Capt. Hamblin, as well as William J., Jefferson, Mary Ellen (Carnahan), Martha Ann (Minto), to name a few. The family settled in Clatsop County. Nancy was born on April 27, 1809, in Kentucky. She died on November 3, 1889, the mother of nine children.
