Album of photographs documenting the Eugene (Or.) District of the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) from May 1933-May 1934. The album contains photographs of district camps and surrounding scenery, construction activities, and CCC officers and personnel. Also includes maps of each camp, monthly service reports, and work progress reports.

A head-and-shoulders portrait of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. The photograph appears to have been taken from a book or other publication and glued onto the album page.

Two photographs. The first is a full-length portrait of General Douglas MacArthur, with the handwritten caption "General Douglas MacArthur, Chief of Staff, U.S.A." The second is a half-length portrait of Major General Malin Craig, with the handwritten caption "Major General Malin Craig, U.S.A., Commanding Ninth Corps Area."

The page is titled "Headquarters - Snap Shots and information on the personnel of the Hdqs. Detachment in the Eugene District." Two photos each show a set of buildings with a large group of men standing in front of them. They are captioned "Skinner Butte Camp and the personnel of the Headquarters Detachment (Not all men are present however). Wed. 2 p.m., 2-28-34." The third, fourth, and fifth photos show Major Casper B. Rucker, Major Charles H. Corlett, and Major Carroll P. Price and list the dates they were in service.

Two photos depict Eugene from atop Skinner Butte Hill and the office of the district headquarters in Eugene. Eight photos show personnel, including the following: 1st Lieutenant Harry W. Killpack, Adjutant, Eugene District 7th Infantry; F.E. Ambrose, Captain 7th Infantry; Charles Perfect, Captain Quartermaster Corps; Kenneth T. Case, 1st Lieutenant; Sgt. Max Roth, Sergeant Major at District Headquarters; Sergeant Fred Anderson, 7th Infantry; Corporal Sherman N. Hinson, 7th Infantry; Corporal John R. Steger, 7th Infantry; Staff Sergeant Louis J. Lebanoff, Quartermaster Corps; Corporal George Gregory, Quartermaster Corps; Technical Sergeant Charles R. Evans, Quartermaster Corps; Sergeant William Troy, 7th Infantry; Major Joseph W. Smith, Jr., Medical Corps; and Leo R. Burton.

Two photos show the Veterans Administration facility and the Old Soldiers Home in Roseburg, Oregon. Two photos show shields that were designed for each company in the Eugene district. Three photos show personnel, including the following people: Captain P. McD. Robinett, Cavalry; Captain Henry W. Edmonds, 7th Infantry; and A.N. Canfield.

Written at the top of the page is "Skinner Butte - Headquarters Camp, Eugene, Oregon. - Has no number." Seven photos show general views of the camp as well as detail views of sections of the camp including the motor pool, mess hall, transportation tent, and the Willamette River. Two photos show members of the company, including William Cunningham, Benjamin Flood, A. Peterson, "Shorty" Davis, Leo Burton, Ray Garber, and Paul Moody.

Eight photos show vehicles that were in use at Skinner Butte Camp. Two photos show people participating in a track and field meet for the CCC camps. Three photos depict members of the camp, including one photo of a baseball team. The members of the team are identified as Whitsell, Winkleman, Cuddebark, Brewer, Koppel, Herbert, Grable, Aason, Surcamp, Bishop, and Madison. Another member of the camp is identified as Jack "Major" Connolle.

Photos show several views of Skinner Butte Camp, including the kitchen, mess hall, and recreation hall. Two photos show a pet cougar, Tommy, which was the camp mascot. Five photos show members of the camp, including "Bob" Howell, Lester Hayes, Louis Wolford, William LaRue, Roy Eastman, Robert Howell, Wilbert Mohow, Russell Beals, Alred Fennimore, Tom Lowry, "Blackie," Andy Mathews, Ray Garber, and "Pat" Robbins.
