A woman, teen, and child sit behind the reception desk of a new youth recreation center organized by the Woodburn Police Department in Woodburn, Oregon. Signs on the wall behind the desk are written in English and Spanish. The English sign reads, "Medications 50 cents each. Please pay reception. Your credit is good." The Spanish sign is a direct translation, reading, "50 centavos cada receta." The remainder of the sign is partially blocked. Photographs from this series were published in the Valley Migrant League's Opportunity News on June 10, 1966.
