A real estate promotional map for the city of Astoria, Oregon, produced by the Astoria Real Estate Co. in 1890. The front of the document features a map of real estate lots in Astoria with the title, "Astoria as laid out & recorded by I. W. Case." The back of the document features a bird's-eye view of Astoria illustration by Lewis & Dryden. It also includes promotional illustrations and information about the regions climate and commercial development opportunities.

A watercolor sketch map of Astoria, Oregon in 1846. Burr Osborn drew the map from memory in 1913. Osborn served on the USS Shark under the command of Lt. Neil M. Howison. He survived the shipwreck of the Shark near Clatsop Beach on September 10, 1846 and spent several months in Astoria . Copies of his letters sent with the map detailing his reminiscences of the event and his time in Astoria were reprinted in the Oregon Historical Quarterly in 1913, v. 14, no. 4, p. 355-365.
