Ray, 10th Field Artillery; 1st Lieutenant Norman B. Simmonds, 6th Coast Artillery Corps; and 1st Lieutenant Charles N. Branham, 6th Coast Artillery Corps. A hand-drawn map of the Skinner Butte Camp is taped to the bottom of the page.

Three photos show the train station where "casuals" are departing Eugene for home. Two photos show Marcia Jacobs and other young women from Eugene who entertained the camp members, known as the "Jolly Skitters." Shown also are Charles N. Branham, 1st Lieutenant 6th Coast Artillery Corps and Camp Commander, and Seth M. Kerron, Captain Medical Corps Reserve and Attending Surgeon.

Two photos each show a set of buildings with a large group of men standing in front of them. They are captioned "Skinner Butte Camp and the personnel of the Headquarters Detachment (Not all men are present however). Wed. 2 p.m., 2-28-34." The third, fourth, and fifth photos show Major Casper B. Rucker, Major Charles H. Corlett, and Major Carroll P. Price and list the dates they were in service.

Thirteen photos show several views of Skinner Butte Camp, including the mess hall, old bath house, and radio station. Members of the camp shown include Clifton C. Smith, Bob Howell, Don Chapman, and Ray Le Grand. Members identified only by their last names are Thompson, Gates, Buhman, Behrens, Burton, Johnson, and Webster.

Nine photos show views of Skinner Butte camp and surrounding areas, presumably in Eugene. One member of the camp is identified as Ray Dawson, mess steward. Four photos show camp members on a trip to McKenzie pass.

Seven photos show general views of the camp as well as detail views of sections of the camp including the motor pool, mess hall, transportation tent, and the Willamette River. Two photos show members of the company, including William Cunningham, Benjamin Flood, A. Peterson, "Shorty" Davis, Leo Burton, Ray Garber, and Paul Moody.

Eight photos show vehicles that were in use at Skinner Butte Camp. Two photos show people participating in a track and field meet for the CCC camps. Three photos depict members of the camp, including one photo of a baseball team. The members of the team are identified as Whitsell, Winkleman, Cuddebark, Brewer, Koppel, Herbert, Grable, Aason, Surcamp, Bishop, and Madison. Another member of the camp is identified as Jack "Major" Connolle.
