Lilla (Lily) Hope (Kelly) (1861-1900), daughter of Archon and Susan Kelly, granddaughter of Clinton and Moriah Kelly. She married Christopher Dundee in 1881, but was widowed by 1900, with four children. She died on October 20, 1900.

Kate Drew Lyle, born in 1854 in Pennsylvania, who married Eugene C. Protzman in 1876, and resided in Portland. Her husband worked with his brother (F. C. Protzman)at a boot and shoe store, Protzman and DeFrance, located at Third and Alder. Kate and Eugene had three daughters, Edna E., Margaret L., and Kate Lyle Protzman.

Rev. Horace Lyman, born in Massachusetts. He came to Oregon from New York via Cape Horn, and arrived in October 1848. He married Mary Dennison on November 1, 1848. They settled in Portland, where he taught school and organized the First Congregational Church on June 15, 1851. He was instrumental in building the first house of worship in Polk County in 1854 and taught mathematics at Pacific University in 1857. His wife died in 1874, and he remarried Mrs. Margaret D. Duncan on December 9, 1882. He died on March 31, 1887, in Forest Grove.

Ruddell, Margaret (Stewart) White

Margaret (Stewart) White, who married Stephen Duley Ruddell in 1857 in Thurston County, Washington Territory. She was born on October 20, 1819, in Brown County, Ohio, and had come to Oregon, via the Plains, from Wisconsin in 1851 with her five children. Her first husband was William White, who had been in Oregon Territory since earlier that year, but was in poor health when he arrived. The family moved to Thurston County early on and William died in a skirmish during the Puget Sound Treaty War, in 1856. Margaret died on May 5, 1893, in Olympia, Washington.

Malinda ("Minnie") Emily Boon, who was born on the Oregon Trail on September 10, 1845. She married Amos H Morgan in Salem, and they settled in Portland. They had two sons and one daughter, all of whom survived their parents. She died in Portland on December 28, 1918.

Leighton E. Blain, born in 1842 in Porter County, Indiana. He came overland with oxen in the spring of 1848 and arrived in the fall of that year. He settled in Oregon City as a merchant and married Mary Miller in Albany in about 1868. He died May 8th, 1927.
