Charles Fountain Beatie, born in 1827 in Virginia, an Oregon pioneer. He married Nancy Jane Litell in August of 1853 in Clackamas County. They had eight children. He died at Oregon City in 1882.

Mary Joanna Thomson, who married Daniel C. Beatty (Beaty) on December 16, 1856. She came overland from Indiana, starting in April 1853, via the South Pass, and arrived in Oregon in October 1853. They settled in Portland.

Rachel Eliza Hall, survivor of the Whitman massacre and first wife of Peter W. Hall. She married Robert Beers in August of 1850. Both were residents of Linn City (now West Linn), Oregon.
