At the head table were Lieutenant Commander Henry Hartley and Lieutenants D. W. Lyon and W. J. Dean and Dan E Gould, general chairman of program. Descendants of heroic figures of Constitution’s history were introduced.” The photograph accompanied the continuation of a front-page story about the luncheon.
