Jo Ann Stones, Miss Flame

Jo Ann Stones sits next to a mirror wearing a white swimsuit and holding a fireman's hat on her head with her right hand. She holds a bouquet of flowers with her left hand. The mirror shows her reflection. She has been named "Miss Flame" by the Portland Junior Chamber of Commerce. On the top right, a poster advertising Fire Prevention Week is attached to the mirror.
