Clinton P. Ferry, founder of the Ferry Museum in Tacoma, Washington. He was a nephew of Hon. Elisha P. Ferry, a governor of Washington Territory. He was also the nephew of G. W. Ewing. He arrived in Portland in 1858 and stayed until 1868, when he relocated to Tacoma.
