Clothing bundles for WPA project

Women stand at a table holding bundles of shirts at the Elks Temple Building (at 11th and Alder streets) as part of the WPA (Works Progress Administration) project. Different styles of shirts are tied in bundles and stacked on the wooden table (negative 9 of 11).
