Dorothy Hester and Robert Hofer

Portrait of a smiling young woman and young man standing next to each other outside the Journal Building (now known as the Jackson Tower) in Portland. The name “Hester” is written on the negative below the young woman and the name “Hofer” is written below the young man. The writing is visible at the bottom of the image. The woman is Dorothy Hester and the man is probably Robert Hofer. Hester and Hofer, both pilots, married on June 30, 1934.
